[When a client click on the button “hire a profesional" they are taken to the page where the professionals are listed. Here they pick a person based on their profile and how impressed they are by them. They don’t actually hire them on the spot. instead what they end up doing is introducing themselves to the professional and they give a little detail about themselves and they link to their project and invite the professional to become the project manager. The client needs to create the project first and then invite the professional to the project. I guess in a way the client can create and manage their own project and hire their own staff but they it would just be like using a new project manager for free. If they choose pay by the hour, all they do is add their card to the system and specify the max weekly time limit and then the professional has to speak to them and approve themselves to the project and start getting paid. the client signups as a client and they create a profile that adds their credit card and how many hours they are willing to pay them. Then the client simply creates the project and invites him to be the project manager. Project managers can be swapped out by the client. This is how they can hire one by one. So in order to hire our staff, the client needs to manage their project on our platform and invite a professional to come work with us. The client will also be hiring the delagates that the professional has on his team.
On the professionals profile page, there will be a button in the profile page that says “Donate gifts". Here the person can take a look at the items the professional needs and either be directed to amazon or something to go buy the thing or they can choose to pay by the hour or give a one time donation. They can also donate the items the professiona; needs. This part is powered by resources.
